With this version of the SDK, we are introducing a public server list feature. This allows players to easily discover and connect to public servers running WukongMP. It also includes some quality-of-life improvements and bug-fixes in the SDK.

To take advantage of these features, make sure to update your server binaries to version 0.2.3. The server list is only visible in the ReadyM Launcher version 0.29.0 or later, so make sure to update your Launcher as well.

The new 0.2.3 server and SDK should be compatible with mods built on the 0.2.2 SDK, but we recommend testing your mods with the new SDK to ensure compatibility.

Launcher 0.27.0 is out. We rebuilt the Launcher front-end from scratch. The old interface had grown messy, so rather than patch it again we redesigned the whole thing. Splash, login and game flow are cleaner, and the layout holds up better across window sizes.

This version also fixes .pak mods that would not load on some machines.

Launcher 0.26.0 adds two highly requested features: mod caching and .pak file support. Both work with servers running WukongMP SDK 0.2.2 or later.

The new Launcher is backwards compatible with all 0.2.x releases of the SDK. Older servers can be joined as before, but mod caching and .pak file support will not work on them.

This version of the SDK adds two highly requested features: mod caching and .pak file support.

To take advantage of these features, make sure to update your server binaries to version 0.2.2, and to use ReadyM Launcher version 0.26.0 or later when connecting to servers running this SDK version.

The WukongMP mods are now on GitHub. Both the PvP and co-op mods are public and open to contributions.

Launcher 0.25.1 is out alongside WukongMP SDK 0.2.1. It shows the option to connect to self-hosted servers for everyone.

With SDK version 0.2.1, we're releasing a set of stability updates and bug fixes to improve the overall experience of using the WukongMP SDK.

The accompanying launcher update (version 0.25.1) now shows the option to connect to self-hosted servers for everyone.

This update is compatible with SDK version 0.2.0, so you can update your server without needing to update your mods immediately. However, we still recommend updating your mods to take advantage of the latest improvements and fixes.

Launcher 0.25.0 is out, and PvP matchmaking in WukongMP is live. Pick your region, join the queue, and when someone is ready on the other side, you are both in. No arranging matches and no looking for opponents on Discord.

Over the past two weeks we've been hard at work to bring the PvP mode to self-hosted servers. With SDK version 0.2.0, this has become possible.

Though the SDK is still in early access, we are excited to share it with the community and see what mods you will create with it!

This version also includes a complete redesign of the admin panel, with addition of many requested features.

Read on for the full list of changes and the Migration Guide for updating your mods to SDK version 0.2.0.

We are happy to announce the first early access version of the WukongMP SDK - 0.1.0.

This version brings updates to how mods are stored on the server, and how developers can define dependencies between mods.

Connecting to the server built on SDK version 0.1.0 requires version 0.23.1 of the ReadyM Launcher.
